Learn how to make simple and easy Potato Wedges in step by step recipe. Potato Wedges are popular in almost every country and considered as a perfect snack. They best way to serve them is with tomato ketchup or mint chatni.

Ingredients
- 4 Large Potatoes
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 Cup White Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 TSP Crushed Red Chili (Kuti Lal Mirch)
- 1/2 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1 TSP Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan)
- 3/4 TSP Chopped Curry Leaves (Curry Pata)
- 1 no Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 Cup Water
- Cooking Oil for Deep Fry
Recipe
- Take 4 large potatoes and wash them nicely.
- Cut each potato into 12 wedges (or you can cut them into 8 wedges if you like).
- Boil them for 4-5 minutes with 1/2 TSP of salt.
- After boiling them put them in a large paper or kitchen towel and dry them nicely.
- Take a bowl and add white flour, crushed red chili, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, salt and chicken stock cube.
- Mix it well and pour water as needed until a smooth batter.
- Dip slices in the batter and freeze them for 2-3 hours before frying.
- Heat oil in a wok pan and deep fry them until golden brown.
- Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutni.
