Chapli Kabab initially originated from Peshawar and its a specialty of Peshawar that's why its named as "Peshawari Chapli Kabab". It's one of the most popular street food of Pakistan specially in KPK and Sindh. Chapli Kabab can be made from minced beef or mutton whatever suits your taste. It can be served with bread, rice or you can use them as a petty for burger. So here we have a easy and quick recipe to try it at home.

- 4 Chopped Onions (Peyaz)
- 5 Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1/2 KG Minced Beef / Mutton (Atleast 30% fat)
- 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
- 1- 1/2 TSP Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana)
- 2 TSP Chili Flakes (Kutti Lal Mirch)
- 2 TSP Corriander Seeds (Dhania)
- 2 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste)
- 1/4 TSP Baking Soda (Meetha Soda)
- 1 Egg (Anda)
- 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania)
- 3 TSP Chapli Kabab Masala
- 1 Tomato
