- 1/2 KG Chicken Liver (Kaleji)
- 2 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 3 Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes (Tamatar)
- 1 Cup Yogurt (Dahi)
- Upto Taste Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania)
