Enjoy crispy Egg Kabab snacks recipe by Desi Flame. Egg kabab's are popular among kids and you can also serve them to your guests. They are an important part of iftar during Ramadan and foodies love to have them at evening tea time. It can be served with any dip of your choice we recommend hari chutni and ketchup. Ingredients:

  • 3 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 3 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 TSP Crushed Red Chili
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1/3 TSP Red Chili Powder
  • 4 Boiled Eggs
Either use a beaten egg for coating or use the mixture of white flour, salt and water.
