Learn how to make famous maggi masala noodles. This is a popular street food of India. This dish is made with a little bit twist unlike traditional ones. It takes little bit time but mark my words its totally worth it.

Ingredients:
Prepare Noodles Masala
3 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 Large Chopped Potato (Aloo)
1 Chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
1 Med SIze Chopped Onion (Peyaz)
1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
1 Chopped Tomato (Tamator)
1 Cup Boiled Green Peas (Matar)
1/2 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldee)
1/2 TSP Salt (Namak)
3 Packets of Instant Noodles Taste Maker
Boiled Noodles
3 Packets Instant Noodles
6 Cups Water ( Panni)
RECIPE
First Step: (Prepare Noodles Masala) Heat oil in a pan and add potato finely chopped in oil include green chili and onions cook for 2-3 minutes to make sure potato is nicely cooked add capsicum, tomato and boiled green peas and again cook them for 2-3 minutes now add red chili powder , turmeric powder, salt and noodles taste maker and mix it thoroughly. When Noodles Masala is ready keep it aside and boil maggi.
Second Step: Boil Maggi in six cups of water on high flame without taste maker for 6-8 minutes when cooked drain the excess water and wash with fresh water.
Last Step: Mix boiled maggi in noodles masala that you have already prepared. Enjoy your Spicy Masala Noodles. :)
