For Daal
- 250 grams Moong & Masoor Ki Daal
- Cooking Oil
- 1 Med SIze Chopped Onion (Peyaz)
- 2 TSP Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan)
- 2 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldee)
- 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
- 1 Chopped Tomato (Tamator)
- 6 Chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Liter Water (Paani)
For Tadka
- Cooking Oil
- 6 Chopped Garlic (Lehsan)
- 1 TBSP Spring Onion (Hara Dhania)
- 1 TSP Cumin Seeds
For Rice
- 2 Glass Rice (Chawal)
- Cooking Oil
- 1 TBSP Sabut Garam Masala
- 1 TSP Ginger Garlic
- 3 Glasses Water ( Panni)
- 1 TBSP Salt (Namak)
