Ingredients

For Daal

  • 250 grams Moong & Masoor Ki Daal
  • Cooking Oil  
  • 1 Med SIze Chopped Onion (Peyaz)
  • 2 TSP Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan)
  • 2 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldee)
  • 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
  • 1 Chopped Tomato (Tamator)
  • 6 Chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Liter Water (Paani)

For Tadka

  • Cooking Oil
  • 6 Chopped Garlic (Lehsan)
  • 1 TBSP  Spring Onion  (Hara Dhania)
  • 1 TSP Cumin Seeds

    For Rice

    • 2 Glass Rice (Chawal)
    • Cooking Oil
    • 1 TBSP Sabut Garam Masala 
    • 1 TSP Ginger Garlic
    • 3 Glasses Water ( Panni)
    • 1 TBSP Salt (Namak)
