So, here we have winters special Fried Fish recipe. Crispy from outside and juicy from inside. Fish Fry is a popular dish in Pakistan and India. So, here is the quick and easy Masala Fish Fry recipe to let you enjoy fish in this cold weather.

Ingredients
- 800 Grams Fish (Machli)
- 1/2 TSP Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 TSP Cumin (Zeera)
- 2 TSP Coriander Seeds (Khushk Dhania)
- 1/2 TSP Crushed Red Chili (Kuti Lal Mirch)
- 2 TSP Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan)
- 2 TBSP Fish Masala
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 TSP Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1 TSP Vinegar (Sirka)
- 2 TSP Tamarind (Imli)
- 2 Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt (Dahi)
- 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
Recipe
- Take fish with medium size pieces wash it nicely with salt and vinegar.
- Crush carom seeds, cumin, coriander seeds and crushed red chili to make masala mix.
- Add fish in a large bowl and marinate with masala mix (already prepared), crushed ginger garlic, fish masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, vinegar, tamarind, Lemons juice, yogurt and salt.
- Mix it nicely and marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry fish and flip while frying to make sure fish cooked nicely.
- Serve hot with green chatni.
- If you like sprinkle lemon and chaat masala over it.
