Ingredients
- 250 Grams Chicken with bones
- 6 Glass Water (Paani)
- 2 Nos. Black Cardamom Pods (Badi Elaichi)
- 1 Nos. Cinnamon (Darchini)
- 1 TSP Salt (Namak)
- 1 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan)
- 1 Cup Boiled Corn
- 2 TBSP Chili Sauce
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP or To taste Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
- 2 Whisked Eggs (Anday)
- 3 TBSP Corn Flour
- 3 Chopped Green Chill (Hari Mirch)
- 2 TBSP Vinegar (Sirka)
Recipe
- Heat a pan and add chicken, water, black cardamom, cinnamon, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
- Once cooked remove chicken with a strainer and let it cool for few minutes.
- Shred chicken into small pieces.
- Heat the stock again add shredded chicken pieces and mashed boiled corn
- Cook on high flame and bring to a boil.
- Add chili sauce, soy sauce and black pepper to suit your taste.
- Whisk two whole eggs or egg white and add the mixture slowly while stirring continuously.
- Add corn flour in cup of water and make a nice mixture and add it to the soup until desired thickness.
- Serve soup hot witch garnishing of chili sauce soy sauce and green chilies.
